Resindro accepts eligible returns within 14 business days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the product should be in its original condition and, where applicable, include its original packaging, accessories, and other included items.
Free Returns
Resindro provides free returns for eligible products covered by our return policy.
Please contact our customer service team before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Items That May Not Qualify for Return

Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, Resindro will determine whether the return qualifies for a refund.
If your return is approved, your eligible refund will be processed within approximately 3 business days after approval.
Because Resindro currently accepts Cash on Delivery only, our customer service team will provide the applicable instructions for completing an approved refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
